  1. Shopping privileges are not applicable to wine miniatures or discounted or specified items or counters. Double/Triple Loyalty Points will be added automatically to your membership account according to the discounted net price within 36 hours. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount programme.

  4. Your loyalty points and spending record will be updated within 36 hours of the purchase. Any claim of loyalty points after the transaction will not be entertained.

  5. If you cancel a transaction or arrange a refund, the loyalty points earned for that transaction will be deducted automatically, including extra loyalty points earned from designated promotional offers.

Craftsmanship Workshops工藝體驗工作坊
  1. super e-gold members can enrol online for the craftsmanship workshops held at superlife culture club at Times Square store. Limited seats; registration will be on a first-come-first-served basis. The number of seats varies by workshop; please refer to the registration page for details.
    super e-gold會員可於登記專頁免費報名參加於時代廣場生活藝會舉辦之工藝體驗工作坊，名額有限，先到先得。各工作坊名額不同，詳情請參閱登記專頁。
  2. All member registration information will be verified. A confirmation email will be sent to members within 5 days for all successful registrations. Registered members are required to present a valid membership card and confirmation email before participation.

  3. Each super e-gold member can register for one workshop only at superlife culture club. No additional quotaplaces can be reserved for members’ friends due to the limited numberplaces. Registered members should arrive 5 minutes before the workshop starts.
    每位super e-gold會員可免費報名參加生活藝會一個主題工作坊。此工作坊不設額外名額給會員朋友。成功登記的會員敬請於工作坊開始前5分鐘到達。
  4. City Super Limited reserves the rights to make alternations to the class/event schedule, content, and instructor or guest speaker when necessary. Ingredients or materials used in the workshops may change due to special circumstances without advance notice.
    City Super Limited 保留一切更改主題工作坊的時間、內容及導師之權利。工作坊所使用的材料或會因特別情況而更改，恕不作另行通知。
  5. Workshops will be postponed or cancelled if the Tropical Cyclone Signal No. 8 (or above) or Black Rainstorm Warning Signal is announced. Whenever feasible, all workshops held at superlife culture club will resume as normal four hours after the signal is cancelled, depending on the time of the announcement.
    如遇颱風(八號風球或以上)或黑色暴雨訊號懸掛，當日的主題工作坊活動將順延或另作安排。一般情況下，颱風或黑色暴雨訊號除下4小時後，當日由生活藝會舉辦之主題工作坊將會照常舉行，但需視乎訊號除下時間而定。
  6. All participants and hosts are required to wear masks at all time in the classroom. If a participant refuses to wear a masks in class, the host will ask them to leave the classroom immediately.
    所有參加者和主持人在課堂內必須佩戴口罩。 如果參加者拒絕在課堂上配戴口罩，主持人會勸喻該名參加者立即離開課室。
  7. All participants and hosts will need to perform temperature checks before classes start. Anyone whose body temperature is 37.5°c or higher will not be allowed to enter the classroom.

  8. All participants and hosts will wash their hands thoroughly and use hand sanitizers before classes.

  9. Tables, chairs and equipment will be sanitised before each class.
